Keystone Supply Chain Solutions

Workstation Management Services

The physical and program layer of statewide workstation programs.

Keystone delivers Workstation Management Services for Texas state agencies and enterprise fleets: install, de-installation, equipment moves, repair coordination, returns, and reverse logistics for desktops, laptops, and tablets, with statewide field execution and procurement-grade documentation.

Scope

Six scope areas, one accountable program.

Each area below maps to specific NIGP / Class-Item codes and the standard intake to close-out cadence Keystone runs on every program.

Account and ticket management

Single point of contact for device requests, status, and exceptions. Standardized intake, ticket flow, and reporting cadence built around state-agency program rhythms.

Installation and de-installation

Receive, stage, deploy, and de-install desktops, laptops, tablets, peripherals, and accessories at HHS-style sites statewide. On-site sign-off documentation at every stop.

Equipment moves

Coordinated relocations across floors, buildings, and sites. White-glove handling, asset tracking, and chain-of-custody documentation for state-owned devices.

Repair and warranty fulfillment

Field repair, swap, and OEM warranty fulfillment coordination. Returns to depot or vendor are tracked end to end, with documented disposition.

Returns and reverse logistics

Pickup, inventory, and return of leased and owned devices. Reverse logistics handled with the same documentation discipline as forward deployment.

Training and transition support

On-site user-facing transition support and basic device-orientation training delivered as part of larger deployments or refreshes.

Device lifecycle

Procure, deploy, move, repair, return, refresh.

Every Keystone WMS engagement follows the same lifecycle. Each stage has a defined scope and ties back to specific NIGP codes.

Field execution

Crews built for statewide programs.

Workstation programs live or die on the field layer: who arrives on site, what they are trained to do, and how the work is documented. Keystone is structured around that reality.

Trained field technicians for device install, de-install, swap, and basic repair
Background-checked, drug-screened workforce suited to facility-access requirements
Statewide Texas coverage with regional crews and dispatch
Structured intake, scheduling, execution, and close-out cadence
On-site documentation and sign-off for every stop

Reporting and program management

Documentation discipline that survives a state-agency audit.

Reuses the same intake, schedule, execute, close-out cadence Keystone runs on logistics programs. Adapted for the device fleet context.

Single intake channel with standardized ticket flow

Defined dispatch posture with documented response windows

Weekly and monthly program reporting cadence

Exception management and escalation path documented up front

Sign-off artifacts retained for procurement and audit review

Compliance and data handling

Honest framing on chain-of-custody and ITAD.

Keystone handles state-owned and leased devices with documented chain-of-custody. Specific certifications are listed honestly on the Government Contracting page: in place, in process, or available on award via partners.
